•Solder Side Cover Modifications

Client Need:

Customer needed a customized cover that would allow pins on the printed circuit board to remain intact and not bent when inserting/exerting into the chassis system.

3-D Engineering Solution:

3- D Engineering composed a tooling customized to each customer that would allow die cutting and part marking on each solder side cover. With their experience and knowledge, our engineers would go through the design phase and provide First Articles to customers before production.

Results:

3-D Engineering designed/produced a 6U x 160mm front and 6U x 80mm rear Solder Side Cover that could be customizable to each clients need.
