Client Need:

Customer needed a cost effective unit that would self inflate bags without popping them. The customer wanted to improve on the current off the shelf (OTS) product they were currently purchasing because it did not have a self inflation number read out and bags kept on popping generating very costly expenses.

3-D Engineering Solution:

3-D Engineering designed a cost effective unit that included a goal pressure and bag volume read out screen that never allowed bags to pop. 

Results:

3- D Engineering developed process parameters, software algorithms, and techniques to accurately and reliably fill Airliners with precision. We built breadboards and prototypes.
