•Pamphlet Dispensing Equipment

Client Need:

Improve packaging process, and improve handling time of pamphlets. Pamphlets were to be dispensed in a way that allowed ergonomic handling of the pamphlet to aid in the packaging process.


3-D Engineering Solution:

3-D Engineering designed and manufactured a semi automatic feeder for 2 specific types of packaging. The feeding system used an electric actuated and driven roll feeder as well as a pamphlet magazine driven by a constant force actuator.


Results:

3-D Engineering recommended a specific roller design that would provide accurate functionality. The customer was pleased with the results, and lead time of the project.
