Snowboard Bridge System

 

Client Need:

A design and prototype based on a concept of an adjustable bridge, cover, and latch that manipulates the spring properties as well as storage space required for transportation.

3-D Engineering Solution:

3-D Engineering designed and built a functional as well as esthetically pleasing prototype.  The design was backed by a finite element analysis of the design to establish maximum stress and determine a safety factor.  Required documents including drawings, models, and test reports are vaulted and controlled.

Results:

The customer was very pleased to see his vision transferred into reality, and the comfort of knowing the extent of  the analysis used to back the design.
