Client Need:

Large custom Vacuum Chamber. Client required an 11 foot diameter by 8 foot tall custom Vacuum vessel to coat satellite dishes.

3-D Engineering Solution:

Designed vacuum vessel with all interfaces. Conducted Finite Element Analysis and demonstrated compliance with ASME code heads for pressure vessels. Designed internal components providing movable sources to minimize run time. Designed method to lift upper flange to allow component to be loaded and coated. 3-D fabricated all of the components and oversaw installation at clients facility.

Results:

3-D Engineering completed the project on schedule and within cost. Customer was very satisfied with all phases of the project.
